Harbor Highlands offers a variety of housing units within this community.  We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condo units and 44 townhomes that offer either side-by-side units or upper-lower units with 2 and 3 bedrooms.  Within the proeprty is a community center that offers a fee based memberhship through the YMCA, a fee based public day-care located on site and ample green space including multiple playgraounds, basketball courts, amphitheater and picnic areas.  Income restrictions apply on select units.
